Ncell will issue IPO After one year

Ncell the largest private mobile service company coverts itself to the public limited company. After being the public company Ncell is preparing for the IPO issuance very soon according to the source. From now Ncell will be known as the name of Ncell Axaita Limited. 

Ncell was changed from private limited company to the public limited company on shrawan 17 2077. Now the company has seven shareholders.

Ncell was founded on 2004 with the Brand Name "Mero Mobile" मेरो मोबाइल, After 4 year the company rebranded as Ncell by TeliaSonera Group. Then Axaita Company has brought 80% of Share. Axaita company is operating Ncell till now.

Ncell has become the fourth large taxpayer of Nepal and it is also the number one finest company with a foreign company in Nepal. Ncell is one of the big competitors of another telecom giant Nepal telecom. he head office of Ncell has shifted from Nakhu Lalitpur to Icon Building Lainchaur Kathmandu
