Qualification:
  • Master Degree in Communication, Marketing, and Public Relation,
  • At least five year experience in Project Management. .

  • Provide over site to implementation of project related activities through sound mobilization skill, monitoring and supervision of program staffs and smooth regular operational tasks at cluster level

Position:Admin and Finance Officer (3).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Finance, Management, Business Administration or any related field ,master preferred with 2 to 3 years of experience..

Job Description

  •  Support in monitoring budgets, foretasting. Providing basic administrative and human resource function and reporting on key financial data that enable effective management of project funds and resources.

Position:Employment Counsellor (3).
Location : Butwal, Biratnagar and Lalitpur

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling. psychology or relevant areas of studies and at least 3 years of experience in related field.

  • Assist people with wide range of disability in identifying job opportunities that match their skills and work interests. 
  • Assess their personality traits. aptitude and requirements through mentoring„ counseling, arrange training opportunity and closely observing  them through out  the project period in order to capacitate them to enter and retain the jobs.
