JGI is looking for experienced and talented people to strengthen its learning in the following positions.

1. General Manager – Production & Manufacturing
- Location: Birgunj,Bhairahawa,Kathmandu
- Nature : Full Time

- Job Description
> Driving the company's operating capabilities to improve productivity and cost efficiency
> Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
> Plan, coordinate and manage all factory operations to achieve corporate goals.
> Develop and implement production plans to improve profitability.
> Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.

- Job Specification
Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Mechanics/Food Technology/Chemistry, preferably with a Master's Degree in Business or Engineering having at least 10 years' experience in manufacturing as Factory Manager / Production Manager / Head of Operations. Experience in the liquor, beer or FMCG products will be an added advantage.

2. Head – Human Resource Management

- Job Description
> Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
> Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
> Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
> Manage a compensation plan by conducting periodic compensation surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

3. Chief Supply Officer
- Location: Kathmandu
- Category : Logistics / Supply Chain / Procurement

Job Description
> Discover profitable suppliers and establish long term relationships.
> Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
> Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
> Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
> Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
> Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
> Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
> Ensure continuous improvement in cost efficiencies.

Qualification and Experience:
> Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the alco-beverage industry/FMCG. A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics/Supply Management would be an added advantage.

4. Regional Sales Managers
- Location: Kathmandu
- Category : Sales / Distribution

> Lead a team of sales personnel in a designated area.

> Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
> Ensure company's brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, advertising campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
> Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
