Post : Finance and Administration Manager
job Location: Kathmandu Based
Job Role:
The Finance & Administration Manager is primarily responsible for implementing and administering financial, accounting and reporting activities of the Country Office. S/he is responsible for financial and administrative management developing & maintaining financial control, overseeing accurate data entry in to financial software and accounting system, leading financial verification and reporting ensuring compliance with standard policies and procedures. S/he is liable to manage administration ensuring efficiently running country office with adequate support on logistics system and liaison with appropriate government agencies.
Experience and Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with major Finance or Accounting. Professionally qualified accountant like ACCA or CA is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position with financial management
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information
- Good quantitative computer skills / Knowledge of working on a Quick Books Enterprise, Lawson or another ERP is preferred
- Good Analytical skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive impact as a team leader and team player
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
