Role overview
- Entering M&E data onto the CCGL system from teacher training activity for ISA schools
- Booking venues, logistic management, contracts review of vendors etc. for events and workshops
- Working out staff advances for events and workshops
- RSVP for events and workshops.
- Distributing allowances with potential travel within the country during events and workshops.
- Support logistics for the E&E symposium
- Logistics management and support for the Regional Instructional Leadership pilot.
- Work closely with the Schools project, Schools Project Manager and Head of Schools to ensure successful implementation of the Schools project in Nepal
- Arrange for timely data collection and process of M&E returns and scorecard
- Arrange all logistics and support for the delivery of professional development workshops.
- Other responsibilities as specified by the Line Manager
