CBIL Capital Limited. a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Ltd.. is an established and leading Investment/Merchant Bank of Nepal, located at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The company has currently been working in the Odd of Investment Banking & Merchant Banking sectors that includes Investment Management (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management).RTA/RTS services, Issue Management, Underwriting etc. The company aims to build-up professional team by inviting applications from young. dynamic. competent and result oriented Nepalese citizens in the following positions. 



  1.  Deputy Chief Executive  Officer Executive Level I Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statement analysis. The candidate should possess at least 5 Years Managerial Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/ Finance's sector with excellent Interpersonal skills. Leadership skills & Managerial skills. The candidate should be capable to gather capital market related information. monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private Equity& Venture Capital. Age should not exceed 45 years.
  2.  Chief Operating Officer Manager Level Master's Deg,. in Management or Economics from a recognized university at least in First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA.The candidate requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations. securities trading process. banking procedures and financial statement analysis. The candidate should possess at least 4 Years Officer Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/ Finance's sector. The candidate should be capable to gather capital market related information. monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private F,quity& Venture Capital. Age should not exceed 45 years. 
  3. Finance & Compliance Officer Level I Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 having minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Merchant/Investment Banking sector or possess professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of capital markets, taxation and relevant laws/regulations of Nepal. Age should not exceed 35 years. 
  4. Investment Banking Officer Level  I Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized university with First division  or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 having minimum 3 years relevant work experience in capital market of Nepal or possess professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA.The candidate should have understanding of Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis of Share market. Age should not exceed 35 years. 
  5.  Merchant Banking Officer Level I Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. The candidate should possess minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Merchant Banking in Nepal and also requires through knowledge of the overall merchant banking business of Nepal with hands on experience of managing DMAT, RTS/RTA, Issue Management and undenvriting, should have good knowledge of Securities Laws of Nepal along with ability to maintain good relationship with regulators.Agc should not exceed 35 years.
  6.  Research Analyst Officer  1 Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized universit, with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.The candidate should possess minimum 2 years relevant work experience in capital market in Nepal and also requires thorought understanding of Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis of Share market.Age should not exceed 35 years. 
  7. Investment Merchant Banking Management Trainee Few Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized universit, with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 Freshers  encouraged to apply. Age should not exceed 30 years. 
  8. Investment and Merchant Banking Assistant Level Few Bachelor's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with at least first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. Fresher are encouraged to apply. Age should not exceed 30 years.
